CEO & Agent
Lotoya "Aiesha" Mannle
As a listing agent, I work with sellers to develop a strategy to attract the most qualified buyer. All of my experience with buyers has given me great insight into what is desirable in the market, and I use that intel to tailor my listings. As a buyer’s agent, I help people navigate an incredibly competitive market to get their offer accepted and settle into a place where they truly feel at home.
I pride myself on really listening to my clients. At every step, I offer practical, strategic advice—as well as kindness and compassion—because this can be a complex and challenging process. I’ve built strong relationships with other agents, which makes me a powerful advocate for my clients. And for me, real estate isn’t just about the numbers, it’s an aesthetic passion. I’m creatively engaged with every sale and purchase, and I’ve been able to translate my deep love of design and architecture into real-world execution of complete home renovations and ground-up construction—a skill set my clients find invaluable.
The most rewarding part of my work is guiding my clients through some of the most important financial decisions of a lifetime as they build lasting legacies. I see myself as a translator, making the world of buying and selling real estate more accessible to people who will probably only do this once or twice in their lifetime. And I bring a deep knowledge of Southern California: I was born and raised nearby, and I have called the Eastside of Los Angeles home for 18 years.
I’ve established such deep trust with my clients that 90% of my business is referral. My numerous reviews tout my ability to deliver on clients’ true wants and needs—I encourage you to check them out on Zillow. You can also follow me on Instagram to get a peek at some of the homes I’ve recently listed and found for clients. Ready to talk? Get in touch with me here.
